The Rolando del Carmen Criminal Justice Scholarship was established by the College of Criminal Justice, past and present College of Criminal Justice students, and friends of Rolando V. del Carmen in recognition of Dr. del Carmen’s dedication to the SHSU College of Criminal Justice and students at every level in the criminal justice program.
