Johnson-Brown-Perkins Endowed Scholarship

The Johnson-Brown-Perkins Scholarship was established by Preston Johnson, Jr. in honor of his brother, Randy Johnson, and his father-in-law, Edd Brown, Sr.. Preston Johnson was a 1974 graduate of Leon High School in Jewett, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1977 and a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management from the University of Houston in 1983.
