Weldon Hall, Jr. Endowed Scholarship in Art

The Weldon Hall, Jr. Endowed Scholarship in Art was established through the estate of Weldon Hall, Jr.. Originally from Dodge, TX, the Hall family owned and operated a lumberyard on Avenue L in Huntsville, TX. Mr. Hall’s father, Weldon Hall, Sr., worked in the lumber yard to send his children to school. Weldon Hall, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Sam Houston State University in 1942.
