Fisher Tull Endowed Music Scholarship

The Fisher Tull Endowed Music Scholarship was established by the Department of Music at Sam Houston State University, Tull family, and friends in memory of Dr. Fisher Tull to provide financial assists to deserving students. Dr. Tull’s career encompassed a broad spectrum of musical achievements as a performer, arranger, composer, conductor, educator and administrator. He joined the faculty of Sam Houston State University in 1957 and served as chair of the Department of Music from 1965 to 1982.
