Earl H. Burrough Scholarship
The Earl H. Burrough Scholarship was established in 1979 by Robert E. Burrough in memory of his father, Earl H. Burrough, through a trust administered by Bank of America, formerly Chase Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas.
Earl H. Burrough was devoted to education and worked a variety of jobs to support himself while attending college during a time when student financial aid and loan programs were not readily available. Through determination and hard work, he went on to complete both his college and law school education.
