Entrepreneur Mindset, Grit, Persistence, and Determination Student Scholarship

The Department of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Sam Houston State University aims to assist in fulfilling the mission of the University and the College of Business Administration by providing students with an academic foundation to become productive citizens, to develop successful careers, and to provide interested students with the background to pursue graduate or professional studies. This scholarship is awarded each semester to an entrepreneurship major or minor who exemplifies the entrepreneurial mindset through resilience, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to their goals. It recognizes students who overcome challenges, demonstrate innovative thinking, and pursue their vision with passion and integrity. The recipient reflects the spirit of entrepreneurship—turning obstacles into opportunities and striving for success against all odds. This award is given each semester to the Entrepreneurship Major or Minor who displays the persistence, grit, and determination of an Entrepreneurial Mindset.
