The Dr. Genevieve H. Brown and Dr. Beverly J. Irby Endowed Scholarship was established by Dr. Brown and Dr. Irby to provide financial assistance to graduate students pursuing a degree in Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University. Dr. Brown and Dr. Irby were instrumental in securing the Center for Research in Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University.
