Jim and Sylvia Fritsch Endowed Scholarship

Jim Fritsch earned his BS in Industrial Arts at SHSU in 1961. He went on to earn his Masters in Education in 1965. From 1960-65, he taught at South Houston High School and Pasadena High School from 1985-2004. Jim was the Director of Pasadena Parks and Recreation from 1965-73 and a construction superintendent for M.W Kellogg in the power piping division from 1973-85.
