Robyn Leigh Barrum Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The funds to establish the endowment have been raised over the past several years. At the time of Robyn’s death, a scholarship fund was established with contributions from family and friends. This fund has continued to grow through the efforts of “The Monday Night Artists Group,” beginning in 1988, and later through the Robyn Leigh Barrum Memorial Golf Tournament. The Monday Night Artists Group who initiated and previously managed the scholarship includes the following members: Trinell Barrum, Grace Bohan, Molly Campbell, Barbara Moore, Loretta Murray, Golda Rich, and Sally Turlington, later joined by Kathy Wilson Cox. Initially, the scholarship recipients were selected by the Artists Group and the funds awarded through Huntsville High School. The Robyn Leigh Barrum Memorial Golf Tournament ta1ces place annually in the fall, and proceeds will continue to be used for the benefit of this endowed scholarship.
