James W. Self Memorial Scholarship

James W. Self was a loving person that saw the beauty in everything and found a friend in everyone. He loved plants and nature, cooking, the Lord, family and had a passion for music. His music was known for bringing happiness, joy and love to those around him. James received his degree in music from Sam Houston State University and went on to work 23 years for AtComedia, a publishing company. He was an integral part of the AtComedia team having served in a variety of capacities during his tenure.
