Huntsville Junior Service League Endowed Scholarship

The Huntsville Junior Service League was founded in 1975 with the mission to serve the people and existing organizations of Walker County. With the League’s motto “What we do only has value if we give it away”, JSL has supported the following organizations: Huntsville Education Foundation, American Heart Association, American Caner Society, the Senior Citizen Center, Rita B. Huff Humane Society, the SAAFE House, Sunshine Kids, Ella Smither Geriatric Center, Child Protective Services, Court Appointed Special Advocates, United Way of Walker County, the Rainbow Room, Huntsville Headstart, the Wynne Home Arts Center, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Hospitality House, Huntsville ISD Hygiene Project, and the Gibbs Powell House Museum; just to name a few.
