Price & Kathy Robinson Family Endowed Scholarship
The Price & Kathy Robinson Family Endowed Scholarship was established by Carl Robinson III and Brittany Robinson in honor of their parents, Price and Kathy Robinson. Price Robinson graduated from SHSU in 1980 with a degree in Criminal Justice. He then went to work for the Midland Police Department, and later earned his MBA. Price progressed through the ranks of the department over the course of his 37-year career in Midland and spent the last 8 years as the Chief of Police. Kathy Robinson also graduated from SHSU in 1980 with a degree in Education. After college, Kathy went to work as a teacher for the Midland Independent School District. She also later received a master’s degree in Education Administration. Kathy worked at Midland ISD for 31 years as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal.
