Ursel Langmaack-Billings and Steven Billings Endowed Scholarship

Ursel and Steve Billings both graduated from Sam Houston State University. They both come from strong work ethics and worked their way through college. They established this endowment to provide an opportunity for students to benefit and to give back to the University. It is their hope that the recipient of this scholarship will remember the great education Sam Houston State University gave to them and hopefully in the future return the same good deed to future students
