Rylie Elyse Ringer Memorial Scholarship

The Rylie Elyse Ringer Memorial Scholarship was formed in 2010 in memory of Rylie Elyse Ringer, infant daughter of Roxie and Christopher Ringer, both alumni of Sam Houston State University. Rylie impacted the lives of so many during her short stay on earth. So in her honor, this scholarship was formed as a means to collectively recognize and capture her spirit and assist in enhancing the minds of men and women charged to become benevolent forces in their communities.
