Ruthannah Brown Endowed Scholarship in the Teaching of English

The Ruthannah Brown Endowed Scholarships in the Teaching of English were established by sisters Samuella Wynne Palmer and Ruth Wynne Hollinshead of Huntsville, Texas in memory of their grandmother Ruthannah Brown. Ms. Hollinshead received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Sam Houston State University in 1941.
