Rolando del Carmen Criminal Justice Scholarship

The Rolando del Carmen Criminal Justice Scholarship was established by the College of Criminal Justice, past and present College of Criminal Justice students, and friends of Rolando V. del Carmen in recognition of Dr. del Carmen’s dedication to the SHSU College of Criminal Justice and students at every level in the criminal justice program. It is the Donor’s intent for the endowment to provide one or more annual scholarship awards to be announced in the spring and disbursed the following academic year, half in the fall and the remaining half in the spring semester. This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
