This scholarship was established by Edward James Crawford, Margie Crawford Hardy, and Millicent Webster Crawford in 1987 in loving memory of John Neal Crawford, Sr. and Vinnie Etheredge Crawford, father and mother of Edward James and Margie, and father-in-law and mother-in-law of Millicent.
