W. O "Bud" Whitlock Endowed Scholarship

Gary L. Whitlock received his B.B.A. in accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1972 and Pamela Morrow Whitlock received her Bachelor of Arts in Home Economics in 1972. The W. O “Bud” Whitlock Scholarship was established by Gary and Pam Whitlock in honor and memory of their uncle, Mr. W. O. “Bud” Whitlock.
