Dr. Rita B. Huff Accounting Endowed Scholarship

The Dr. Rita B. Huff Accounting Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to enable students to further their accounting studies in graduate accounting courses. At the time of her sudden death in 1982, Dr. Rita B. Huff was the Chair of the Accounting Department at Sam Houston State University. It is the Donor’s intent to provide one or more annual scholarship awards to be announced in the spring and disbursed the following academic year, half in the fall and the remaining half in the spring semester. This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
