M.B. and Emma Etheredge Endowed Scholarship

The M.B. and Emma Etheredge Scholarship was established in 1978 by Col. M.B. Etheredge Class of ’37 and ’47 and his wife Emma class of ’38 to assist students at Sam Houston State University. Col. Etheredge is a World War II hero, receiving two Purple Hearts, Two Bronze Stars, and three Silver Stars for gallantry in action.
