Victor G. Strecher Scholarship

This endowment is being established in honor of Dr. Victor G. Strecher. Dr. Strecher was Dean and Director of the College of Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University from 1978 to 1985, and has been a faculty member since 1985. This endowment will provide ongoing financial assistance to deserving students who are seeking degrees and careers in the field of law enforcement and affiliated criminal justice disciplines. Excess funding may be used to enrich and enhance the criminal justice program.
