Gibbs A. and Lela M. Wynne Endowed Scholarship

The Gibbs A. and Lela M. Wynne Scholarship was established by their daughters, Samuella Palmer and Ruth W. Hollinshead, as an award for excellence to a student majoring in teacher education who in the opinion of the scholarship committee has demonstrated a special dedication to scholarship in teacher education and an especially wide scope of scholarly interest.
