Todd Gibbs Criminal Justice Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Todd Gibbs Criminal Justice Memorial Scholarship was established by the College of Criminal Justice, Bret Gibbs, family and friends in honor of criminal justice majors who have served in the United States of America Armed Forces and in memory of Todd Clayton Gibbs who was killed in action in Khalidiyah, Iraq on December 7, 2004 at the age of 37 after serving for 13 years in the United States Army.
