Randy Russell Endowed Scholarship

Randy Russell was the president of The 100 Club, Inc. of Houston Texas from 2012-2013 and chairman of the club’s board of directors from 2014-2015. He has been a member of the club’s board since 2004.
This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
