Arleigh B. Templeton Endowed Scholarship

The Texas Educational Foundation, Inc., (TEF) is one of the nation’s most successful non-profit, private educational vocational training contractors, with a 43-year history of administration of Job Corps Centers. Dr. Templeton served as Chairman of the Board since his appointment in 1964 by Governor John Connally. This endowment is being established in Dr. Templeton’s memory and in recognition of his dedication to the advancement of education. This will ensure that Dr. Templeton’s name, and his great love for educating and training the young people of Texas, will be kept alive for generations to come.
