Elliott T. and Frances Bowers Endowed Scholarship

Elliot T. and Frances Bowers Endowed Scholarship was established in 1986 with a gift from the Aetna Life and Casualty Foundation that was facilitated by T. Tolbert Chisum, a 1967 COBA graduate and senior officer with Aetna at the time. The scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to students seeking a degree from within the College of Business Administration.
