Mattie Bea Prather Medford Endowed Scholarship

The Mattie Bea Prather Medford Endowed Scholarship was established by Eulalia Schmolder and Carl Schmolder in honor of Dr. Mattie Bea Medford and her service as a teacher, mentor, and former Chair of the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, now Human Sciences at Sam Houston State University. Dr. Eulalia Schmolder is also a retired SHSU faculty member.
