Karen Gail Crawford Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Karen Gail Crawford Memorial Scholarship was established by Charles and Kim Crawford in memory of their daughter Karen Crawford a 1991 graduate of Sam Houston State University, who taught second grade for less than two years in the Klein Independent School District before her tragic death. It is the spirit that Karen brought to teaching that the scholarship hopes to keep alive by providing substantial support to student who embody Karen’s qualities.
