Kelly Harris Memorial Criminal Justice Endowed Scholarship

The Kelly Harris Memorial Criminal Justice Scholarship was established by the Women Special Agents Council in memory of and tribute to Special Agent Kelly Elizabeth Harris, a Sam Houston State University alumna and criminal justice professional who served her country through employment as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service until her untimely death in the line of duty in May 1993. It is the Donor’s intent for the endowment to provide one or more annual scholarship awards to be announced in the spring and disbursed the following academic year, half in the fall and the remaining half in the spring semester. This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
