Hildreth Hosea Smith Endowed Scholarship

The Hildreth Hosea Smith Scholarship was established by Virginia Gibbs Smyth, great-great granddaughter of Hildreth Hosea Smith, who served two years as the second Principal (now referred to as President) of what was then known as Sam Houston Normal Institute.
