James C. Boswell Endowed Scholarship

The James C. Boswell Memorial Scholarship was established by friends and colleagues in memorial of the late James C. Boswell, a dedicated Houston police officer killed in the line of duty in December 1989, and to provide ongoing financial assistance to financially deserving undergraduate students who are seeking degrees and careers in the field of law enforcement and affiliated criminal justice disciplines.
