Lynch Endowed Scholarship

The Lynch Endowed Scholarship was established by Mr. James K. Pickard of Chevy Chase, Maryland and Juanita B. Lynch of Huntsville, Texas in honor of General William R. Lynch, Jr., Nell Lynch Mann, Julia Bell Lynch Pickard and Patricia Lynch Fox to provide financial assistance to deserving students who pursue a degree in family and consumer sciences.
