Justin DeSpain Criminal Justice Memorial Scholarship

The Justin DeSpain Criminal Justice Memorial Scholarship was established by Rhonda, Bill, and Brian DeSpain in memory of their son and brother who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in September 2004 during his final semester at Sam Houston.
