McCaffety Electric Company, Inc. Agricultural and Industrial Sciences Endowed Scholarship

The McCaffety Electric Company, Inc. Agricultural and Industrial Sciences Endowed Scholarship was established by Robert E. McCaffety and Pamela S. McCaffety Barnes of McCaffety Electric Company. Agriculture was embedded in the heritage of the McCaffety family and remains a passion in their lives today. The endowment was established to express the appreciation of the Donors for the impact that agriculture has had in their lives and to emphasize the value of a quality agricultural and industrial sciences program at Sam Houston State University. It is the Donor’s intent for the endowment to provide one or more annual scholarship awards at a minimum of $1,000 each to be announced in the spring and disbursed the following academic year, half in the fall and the remaining half in the spring semester. This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
