Chance Brown grew up in Galveston. Texas and graduated from Friendswood High School in 1995. As a child of a successful entrepreneur, Chance started his first business at age 10. He came to Sam Houston Stale in 1995 to get a degree in Criminal Justice, but soon found a calling/or sales and marketing. During his time at Sam Houston State, Chance served as VP of Finance for Program Council, Treasurer of Student Government Association, and held several officer and leadership positions in the Theta Chi Fraternity and the Inter-fraternity Council. After getting his degree in marketing from Sam Houston State, he found his home in the real estate industry. After working for a well-known national home builder for seven years, Chance founded Chance Brown Real Estate. Part of owning his own business was making a commitment to his community to give back 10% of all corporate money goes back to the community in the form of donations. service, and scholarships.
