Frank Ybarguen, Jr. Memorial Sigma Chi Endowed Scholarship

Frank Wright Ybarguen Jr. was born in 1955 in Harris County, TX to Frank Wright Ybarguen Sr. and Bernie Elizabeth (Faulkner) Ybarguen. Frank Jr. attended Sam Houston State University and graduated in 1977 with a degree in Criminal Justice. While at Sam Houston he was very active in all Sigma Chi activities and served as pledge trainer. On July 5, 1978, Frank married the love of his life Terry Lee Barton. In 1983, Frank passed away in a tragic car accident.
