G. Scott and Mary S. McCarley Environmental Science Endowed Scholarship

Scott and Mary McCarley both earned their degrees at Sam Houston State University. Scott earned his BS in Environmental Science, 1973, and his MBA, 1976, in Marketing and Management. Mary earned her BBA, 1989, in Accounting. They established McCarley Oil Corporation and KBRACA Drilling Fluid Additives. Scott and Mary are active at SHSU, in Huntsville and in Walker County. They are Life Members of the SHSU Alumni Association where Scott served on the Board of Directors from 2004-2008 and again in 2019-present. The McCarleys are a Bearkat family and continue to give back and support the University in numerous ways.
