The Charles Moser/Brenham Banner-Press Endowed Journalism Scholarship was established by Mr. Charles Moser and The Brenham Banner-Press in 1997 to provide financial assistance to deserving students.
Mr. Moser received his degree from Sam Houston State University in 1965.
