Dr. Herb and Laura Schumann Agricultural Education Endowed Scholarship

Dr. Herb Schumann earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Texas A&M as well as his Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Schumann vocational education at Sam Houston State University preparing over 700 students to become certified teacher of vocation agriculture. Laura Schumann graduate from UT with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. When the family moved to Bellville she managed the ranching operation while Dr. Schumann was teaching at Sam Houston State University.
