Donna L. Beto Endowed Scholarship in Elementary Education

The Donna Beto Endowed Scholarship was established in honor of Donna Legg Beto who earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 1968 at Sam Houston State University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Education at the University of Connecticut. Her career as an elementary teacher spans more than three decades teaching in three Texas school districts earning several awards due to her unselfish service to the youth of Texas. This scholarship was established to assist with education expenses.
