James C. Stallings Endowed Scholarship

The James C. Stallings Endowed Scholarship was established in honor of Dr. James Stallings, retired professor of Chemistry Sam Houston State University, to provide financial assistance to students majoring in Chemistry. Dr. Winfred M. Harding served as a Professor and Program Coordinator of Chemistry at Sam Houston until his retirement in 1985.
