David Martinez and Dr. Ruth Lane Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of the Donor’s father, David Martinez, and aunt, Dr. Ruth Lane. David’s life inspired her to love her country and to serve her community. Ruth’s life inspired her scholarly achievements. Through them both, giving back and being involved with the community has been instilled in her. She hopes this scholarship enables a student facing undue hardship to continue working towards achieving their education goals. The donor has created this scholarship in honor and memory of her father and aunt who both contributed so much to the Huntsville community.
