Dr. James R. DeShaw Endowed Scholarship

Dr. James DeShaw is being honored for 46 years of service as a teacher, mentor, researcher and scholar in the Department of Biological Sciences at Sam Houston State University. Dr. DeShaw was instrumental in establishing the first Biology scholarships endowment in 1973 and is this endowment has been established in his honor.
