Owen R. Marshall II Endowed COBA Scholarship

This endowment is being established in memory of Owen Riley Marshall II, to provide financial assistance to selected students. Owen Riley Marshall was born on November 10, 1942 and passed away on Friday. January 20, 2017. He was a resident of Lockhart, Texas at the time of his passing. He graduated from Sam Houston University in Huntsville Texas with a degree in Business Administration in 1966. Owen was a veteran who served his county in the US Coast Guard Reserve.
